| How
the ADT Central Monitoring System works: |
| 1.
Your alarm is triggered. |
When
your security system detects a potential emergency, it will
send a "signal" to one of ADT's sophicasted Customer
Monitoring Centers around the country. |
| 2.
ADT receives the alarm signal. |
| Once
the signal is received, a trained ADT Customer Monitoring Center
Professional will assess the situation. Depending on the type
of alarm signal that is received, the professional may call your
home to determine if the alarm was accidentally activated. |
| 3.
The proper authorities are called. |
| In
the event of a real emergency, the ADT Customer Monitoring Center
Professional notifies the appropriate authoring of the type of
emergency at your home. |
